Perfect views, but needs cleanliness
The breathtaking ocean view from my balcony was a highlight, especially during sunset. The staff were genuinely friendly, making the stay more pleasant.
Unfortunately, the general cleanliness left much to be desired. The floors felt dusty upon arrival, and the bathroom lacked proper maintenance.

Recommend it for couples
The diving package was a game changer for us! We had an amazing time exploring the underwater world, and the staff arranged everything perfectly, even allowing us to order some extra meals at a great price.
Yeah, it wasn’t cheap but still acceptable, especially considering the overall experience was quite nice.

Exceptional Service and Beautiful View
We had a splendid stay with breathtaking views from our room that made each evening magical. The efficient check-in process and immaculate room really set a positive tone for our vacation. The staff were absolutely wonderful, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort and sharing local insights that enriched our trip. The only downside was the limited breakfast options, which could use more variety to cater to different tastes.

the location is perfect, just steps away from the jetty, making transfers so easy. the pantry stocked with complimentary drinks was a delightful surprise, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. plus, the outdoor swimming pool was a fantastic oasis!

The Hillview Superior King room had a nice size balcony with a gorgeous view of the bay at sunset. The vibe was chill and away from the loud beach parties, which was lovely. But the cleaning could definitely be improved. the floor felt dusty upon arrival, and while the staff were friendly, I found it annoying that they didn’t change the towels when I asked for fresh ones after a little incident. All in all, it was a comfy place to stay but they really need to step up their cleaning game!

Absolutely loved the location! Right by the jetty, which made life so much easier. My room had a lovely view and was very clean, perfect for our family getaway.
Though it was nice, they really need to sort out the sewer smell—it can be a bit too aromatic for my taste! And maybe get a snorkel guide that doesn't sing too loudly.
